Latest Update on Statutory Submission and Payment for March and April 2020

Good day.
As the new announcement by Malaysia Prime Minister, MCO has been extended until 28th April 2020. Below are the latest update from all Malaysia statutory submission and payment for salary March and April 2020.
1. KWPS (Employee Provident Fund) = Due date submission of March 2020 salary (April 2020 Contribution) has been extended until 30th April 2020. You may refer to this URL = https://www.kwsp.gov.my/-/april-2020-contribution-payment-date-further-extended-to-30-april
2. Perkeso and SIP (Socso and EIS) = Due date submission of March 2020 is until 30th April 2020 (May not have Penalty charges, but it is not confirm by Socso website). So my advise is to submit on time for Socso and EIS for March 2020 contribution. But for April 2020 until September 2020, payment and submission will be the last day of the following month. 3. LHDN (Income Tax Malaysia) = Due date submission for March and April 2020 PCB deduction is until 31st May 2020. You may refer to this link = http://lampiran2.hasil.gov.my/pdf/pdfam/faq_1.pdf and it is under Page 9.
